Trader Media Group
As one of Europe's largest specialist media publishers, Trader Media Group (TMG) produces over 70 leading classified titles, including its flagship publication, Auto Trader.
Over a dozen different regional titles were to be sold at the British International Motor Show over a 13 day period and Neil Hedges, Circulations Operations Director, wanted to track sales accurately.

Norcon Computers installed a two-lane Response EPoS system, with broadband connection, on the Auto Trader stand in the middle of the central concourse, and trained the TMG sales people. Each evening, once the show closed, the Response system would upload the day's sales data to the Norcon Computers' FTP site. This was analysed and reports emailed to Neil each morning.
Said Neil Hedges: "The quality of the daily sales information from Norcon Computers enabled us to make the right titles available each day during the Motor Show. Plus, sales tracked by the Response EPoS system count towards our ABC magazine sales figures." |
